• Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

• We currently ship within the U.S. only.

• You’ll receive tracking details once your package is on its way, lovingly packed by hand (and possibly watched over by a judgmental antique doll).

2. Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final. However, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at brassandboneantiques@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo.

• Due to the nature of vintage and handmade items, replacements may not always be available—but we’ll make it right where we can.

3. Item Condition Disclaimer

• Many of our items are vintage, handmade, or upcycled. Imperfections, patina, and history are part of the charm.

• We provide detailed photos and descriptions—please review them carefully before purchasing.

• If you're allergic to dust, ghosts, or character, consider yourself lovingly warned.
